Allo was born in South Texas and raised in Reynosa Mexico, he experienced the challenging lifestyle of migrants first hand.
On 2013 Allo received his ministerial license and begin ministering as a pastor in Edinburg, Texas, and with time served on both sides of the border while at the same time working in the banking industry as a commercial lender in a community bank.
Allo now serves as pastor in Austin, Texas, since 2018 and continues to serve the migrant community in the greater Austin area.
Allo also serves as a Board member of the Austin Latino Ministerial Alliance and as Chairman of the Church of God Seventh Day- Greater Austin Pastors Group.

The Bible tells us that we "all have sinned and fallen short of the God's glory" (Romans 3:23). The good news is: that's not the end of the story. God's only son, Jesus, was sent to our world to die for our sins (Romans 5:8; 1 Peter 2:24). All we have to do is believe in Him and we will have eternal life (John 3:16).
