When I was introduced to Life Coaching, I was very skeptical. Having graduated from Bible College and served as a Pastor, a Youth Director and Choir Director; I felt there was nothing out there that could impress me .

What I learned was: Life Coaching should have been a requirement course at the Bible College. I learned how to help people the way every Christian should know and practice. Life Coaching makes all those other disciplines practical . I'm now 74 years of age . What I would have given to have learned these principles and techniques about 50 years ago.

There are many reasons to believe in Life Coaching and to use it as a tool in our personal lives. It has proven to be a powerful tool that has helped me to work through many of the problems I faced in my life. Life Coaching is so powerful because it does not give you solutions developed by other people based on their lives, but it walks you through finding solutions that are specific to your needs. This process of self-discovering answers builds confidence and leads to greater commitment during the process of implementing the solutions. It gives anyone who choose a cost-effective way to work with trained and certified professional to help them clarify dreams, develop goals, to identify potential problem and address negative thinking that keeps us from moving forward in creating the life we desire. Life Coaching continues to play a big part in my life in three major ways; personal growth, resolving challenges I face in life and an exciting career and life path that I am super excited about. Coaching has led me on a collision course with my life vision and the dreams my family and I have envisioned. It is a proven model that is very similar to the one used by Jesus. He asked quality questions that led his disciples in the discovery of keys to the Kingdom of God that brought liberty to themselves and many others. It still works today.

Fear. Confusion. Depression. Alienation.  Only a few of the emotions that many elementary age kids and teens face daily. Families struggle to keep their children healthy, happy, and on a path to genuine fulfillment and meaning. Often the overlooked resource are grandparents! That’s why I am thankful for the GrandCoaching seminars and online training that comes alongside grandparents to help equip them in discipling their grandkids for spiritual and emotional success in a world gone mad. I wholeheartedly commend the GrandCoaching training to all grandparents wanting to invest in the spiritual heritage of their grandchildren.

As grandparents, one of the greatest and most rewarding experiences has been to build into the lives of our grandchildren. As grandparents, we can have a profound impact on the lives of our grandchildren by sharing and modeling the truth of our faith. It's imperative that we provide a godly, positive influence for them. After being in prayer for several weeks asking God for guidance on how to bring the Church out of the 4 walls, he answered through a vague radio signal from a Christian Radio Station which I started listening to since they were playing one of my favorite worship songs and right after the song before I had a chance to change the dial the promotional ad for Master Life Coach Training came up and while I was listening to it my heart started to rush knowing that it was the answer for what I was waiting for and sure enough after going through the lessons it totally changed my life, a witness of such change is my wife whom a few months later made a comment that the training had made a great impact in my life for His Glory & Honor!!

I heard about MLTCI (life coaching) on the Bott radio station. I believe that in the world we live in, with all the chaos and unrest, many feel isolated, disconnected and fearful, (now even more so with Covid). People need to be encouraged and supported as they determine their purpose in life and/or just want to have someone walk along side to either get direction in their life or just to be able to navigate all of life's challenges and not feel all alone and know that God and his Word is the best antidote to life's problems.
