“In His will is our peace.” — Dante

Let’s talk about something real: life doesn’t always turn out the way we planned. And if you’ve ever thought, “This isn’t fair,” you’re not the first—and you certainly won’t be the last.

There’s a guy in the Bible most people don’t talk about. His name’s Baruch. He was Jeremiah’s right-hand man, writing down every word the prophet spoke. But behind the scenes? Baruch was struggling. He had dreams. Big ones. And none of them were working out.

He was discouraged, maybe even bitter. And you know what God told him? “You won’t get the success you hoped for—but I will spare your life.”

Not exactly a dream come true, right? But here’s the thing: Baruch didn’t need a new opportunity. He needed new alignment. His heart needed to line up with God’s heart.

Dante once wrote, “In His will is our peace.” It’s true. The more we fight for our version of life, the more frustrated we become. But when we finally say, “Okay, Lord—Your will, not mine,” that’s when peace begins to settle in.

No matter what’s going right—or what’s falling apart — peace is possible. Not because life is fair. But because God is faithful.

“I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Gives Me Strength.” - Philippians 4:13

The Bible tells us that we "all have sinned and fallen short of the God's glory" (Romans 3:23). The good news is: that's not the end of the story. God's only son, Jesus, was sent to our world to die for our sins (Romans 5:8; 1 Peter 2:24). All we have to do is believe in Him and we will have eternal life (John 3:16). If you want to know more about about Jesus and how He can change your life, let us know how we can encourage and pray for you.
