“If you're afraid your prayers won't sound good enough or spiritual enough or holy enough or your phrases aren't eloquent enough ... those things add up to exactly zero with God. They don't impress Him at all. What matters is your heart.
If you have a heart that loves God, if you have a heart that wants God, then God hears your prayers. If all you know how to say is ‘God, help me’ ... if all you know how to say is ‘Father, forgive me’ ... if all you know how to say is ‘Jesus, I love you’ … and that comes from a heart that’s right, then you have prayed. And you have prayed with power, and you have touched God's heart. And He will come and have fellowship with you, whether you feel it or not.
You can come to God in prayer with confidence, because he has promised to come to you -- not when you pray well enough, but whenever you pray.

The Bible tells us that we "all have sinned and fallen short of the God's glory" (Romans 3:23). The good news is: that's not the end of the story. God's only son, Jesus, was sent to our world to die for our sins (Romans 5:8; 1 Peter 2:24). All we have to do is believe in Him and we will have eternal life (John 3:16). If you want to know more about about Jesus and how He can change your life, let us know how we can encourage and pray for you.
